About the exercise
You stand on your hands facing a wall, bend your arms to lower your head toward the floor, then press your body back up. It is one of the hardest bodyweight exercises for the shoulders and triceps. It is only for those who can hold a wall handstand with confidence and have mastered pike push-ups. Place a soft mat under your head.
