Hang from a bar on straight arms to build grip and shoulder mobility.

How to do it

  1. Grip the bar slightly wider than shoulder-width.
  2. Hang on straight arms with your feet off the floor.
  3. Draw the shoulders slightly down from the ears without going fully slack.
  4. Brace your core and keep your legs together.
  5. Breathe evenly and hold on.
  6. Finish when your grip starts to fade and step down onto a support.
