About the exercise
Zone 2 on the stationary bike is long, calm work where your pulse stays in the second zone and your breathing stays even. This kind of riding builds an aerobic base and endurance without overloading the body. It suits beginners, recovery between hard days, and as the foundation of any endurance plan.
