Wall Calf Stretch

Calf stretch against a wall: hands on the wall, back leg straight, heel pressed down.

How to do it

  1. Face a wall one step away and place your palms on it at chest height.
  2. Step your right foot back with the toes pointing straight ahead.
  3. Bend the left knee and keep the right leg straight.
  4. Press the heel of the back foot into the floor.
  5. Move your hips toward the wall until you feel a stretch in the calf and hold for about 30 seconds.
  6. Switch legs and repeat.
